The Receiver is pleased to announce that all issues surrounding the release have documents have been settled. The final distribution checks are prepared, and will be sent to claimants today. If you would like to pick up your check from our office, they will be available until 5 PM. Please let us know if you intend to do so, at 503-294-9928. We would like to thank everyone again for their patience throughout this process.

On October 14, 2009, Judge Michael W. Mosman entered a Stipulated Order Regarding the Maintenance and Protection of Documents. The Order, available through the link below, states that control of the storage unit and the documents in question will be turned over to the "Gatti" firm. The transfer of control will be done this week, upon completion of which we will be able to move forward with the final disbursement. We would like to thank everyone for their patience throughout these issues.

The Receiver has received several notices from affected investors regarding the security and privacy of the records we have in our possession. We would like to take this opportunity to assure all interested parties that this information will continue to be kept secure until such time as the receiver obtains a destruction order. We are diligently working on getting an approved distribtion order through the court, and hope to see this in the coming weeks. We would like to thank everyone for their continued patience.

The Receiver is preparing to file a motion in the court to allow the final disbursement in the case and close the case. This office is currently resolving formal objections to the Receiver's Notice of Intent to Destroy Documents. It is our hope that a resolution on these objections will be achieved in the coming weeks and we will be able to move forward with the disbursement as planned.

The Receiver has received Court permission to auction the personal property in the Rhodes estate.
The auction will be held Saturday, February 14, 2009 at 10am at the Best Western Rivershore Hotel, 1900 Clackamette Drive in Oregon City.
All items may be previewed on Friday, February 13, 2009 from 8am to 6pm and February 14, 2009 from 8am-10am. The preview will be at the Rhodes Estate, 14575 Sugarpine Street, Oregon City, Oregon.

The Receiver is pleased to announce that the first interim distribution to investors was mailed today.
Although this will not be the only distribution to investors,
it will likely be the largest distribution.
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
