Proof of Claim forms are being sent out by mail today. Please be sure your Proof of Claim is received by the Receiver on or before June 11, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. PST. Attention all merchants and creditors of Merchant Processing, Inc. (MPI), MSI Merchant Services, Inc. (MSI) and PPI Services
The Receiver has filed his proposed claims process with the court. The claims process will allow you to file a claim and seek reimbursement for your losses associated with MPI, MSI or PPI. Please review the below motion and supplements for a full explanation of the claims process. Once the claims process is approved by the court, you will receive a proposed claim form and instructions in the mail for your review. Please do not fill out a claim form until the court has approved the claims process as the form may change. The final approved claim form and instructions will be available for download on our website. We will update the website as soon as the court approves the claims process motion.
