UPDATE -- 2/24/09 

The Proof of Claim deadline has passed and the Distribution Agent has received 39 claims.  The Distribution Agent anticipates completing the audit process within 60 days.  All Claimants will receive notice of the treatment of their claim within the next 90 days.  Please contact our office if you have any questions.

UPDATE -- 12/2/08 

The Distribution Agent has mailed proof of claim forms to all known net sellers.  The proof of claim bar date is February 5, 2009.  All claims must be received by 5pm on that date or claimants may be forever barred from making a claim.
